Helio had originally envisioned a retail destination geared to an older, less social customer. Based on initial findings, Vizwerks recommended and developed a different direction, appealing to a younger more tech savvy, social "digital age" generation. Gaming areas and "social" gathering spaces were incorporated within the retail environment. This social, gathering "place to be" aesthetic would encourage repeat visitors, ensuring exposure to new products and services and establish the Helio store as a must visit destination.
