Vizwerks has lead the development of various ecko corporate and retail projects. These projects have defined and established the look of the ecko brand not only at retail, but also in their showroom and corporate headquarters in New York City.
Projects have included concepting and design development of freestanding mall based retail concepts, factory store shops and shop-in-shop programs for ecko's core - ecko unlimited brand as well as development of retail environments for their premium brands - RED by Marc Ecko for women and Marc Ecko Cut & Sew for men.
ecko tasked Vizwerks with creating multi-gender retail shop-in-shop environments to showcase the G-Unit line. Reflecting both the rugged and refined aspects of the G-Unit lifestyle, the retail environment draws direct inspiration and input from its founder's music. The shop truly represents the "style of the streets," an interpretation inspired by 50 Cent's raw image and savvy persona. With a design aesthetic inspired by 50 Cent's favorite movie, "Scarface," the G-Unit shops have evolved to represent the brand at retail. The use of rich colors, high end materials, rich textured fabrics and soft seating elements establishes a destination environment. With the focus on the product, the shop-in-shop becomes a stage, a theatrical environment for showcasing the product.
Working with G-Unit, Vizwerks designed how the brand's core values translate to retail as well as the brand offices and showroom in Manhattan. Though the functions are different from retail to office, many of the visual elements are still represented and tie back to the brand.
